The reality that 14% of European employees are involved suggests that a lot of European supervisors struggle to do either. They identify that the manager-employee partnership is the most crucial motorist of engagement and organic development, and they come close to the task of raising involvement with the same roughness, discipline, and commitment that they come close to various other business issues.
